Since 2016, I have worked with children and adolescents in school settings, providing social-emotional support to students facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. My experience includes leading small groups for Girls Inc., serving as a social-emotional interventionist, and supporting students struggling with classroom behaviors, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
I have also served as a Lead Clinician within school districts, working closely with students experiencing anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation, while partnering with families during times of crisis to provide intervention, support, and resources. My work has consistently centered on creating safe, supportive environments where youth feel seen, heard, and valued.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Shine A Light, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing care, hope, and practical support to the Arlington community. Through this role, I continue to advocate for mental health awareness and increased access to support for individuals and families in need.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and am actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My passion is to continue walking alongside youth navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, helping them discover resilience, healing, and the truth that they are bruised, but not broken.
